Charity Highlights at Linbury Doctors

Supporting Good Causes, One Challenge at a Time

At Linbury Doctors, providing personalised healthcare is at the heart of what we do, but giving back to our wider community is just as important. Over the past few months, our team has been proud to take part in several charitable initiatives, raising funds and awareness for causes close to our hearts:

Jeans for Genes Day

In September, the entire Linbury team got involved in Jeans for Genes Day, helping raise funds to support children and families affected by life-altering genetic conditions. A small change in dress code, a big impact in awareness and donations.

Dr Liam’s Wolf Run

Braving mud, obstacles, and serious mileage, Dr Liam completed the local Wolf Run. A true test of endurance – well done, Liam!

Dr Claire’s 100 Squats Challenge

Dr Claire took on the 100 Squats a Day Challenge to raise funds for Cancer Research UK, showing strength and dedication for an incredible cause. A fantastic effort that got the team cheering her on every day!

Lydia & Ruby’s 90 Miles for Mind

Throughout October, Lydia, our Membership & Operations Manager, and Ruby, Senior Administrator & Marketing Lead, took on the incredible challenge of walking 90 miles in support of Mind, a leading mental health charity that provides vital help and hope to those experiencing mental health difficulties.

Wear It Pink for Breast Cancer Awareness

The Linbury team proudly wore it pink in support of Breast Cancer Now’s Wear It Pink campaign, one of the UK’s biggest fundraising events for breast cancer awareness. Together, we’re helping to raise awareness, fund life-changing research, and support those affected by breast cancer.

We’re proud to support these causes and the amazing charities behind them. Thank you to our patients and community who always encourage and support our team in going the extra mile.

Stand by for more charity efforts coming soon!
