Salary: £24,437 (FTE) (£12.50 p/h)
Hours: 30 hours per week
Days: Monday-Friday

Due to further expansion, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator to join our expanding organisation.

The Linbury Doctors offer a personalised service which allows our patients to have continuity of care through their own private GP. From our friendly Head Office in the heart of the Worcestershire countryside, our private GPs cover Worcestershire, Warwickshire, Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire, Wiltshire and the surrounding areas.

The successful applicant will require:
• Experienced and confident in dealing with the public.
• Have excellent communication skills with a passion for first-rate client relations and service.
• Excellent administration skills with an in depth understanding of confidentiality, Information Governance and Data Protection.
• Good working knowledge of IT, spreadsheets and data collection systems.
• This post will focus on all aspects of administration and finance within all areas of the business, therefore flexibility, adaptability and willingness to learn new skills is essential.
• Willingness to work at other sites where necessary to support all services of Linbury Doctors.
• Excellent IT, social media and communication skills.
• Experience of using finance packages is desirable.
• Own transport essential.

As part of the Linbury Team, you will assist the Manager and Directors in the successful delivery of excellent client services and contribute to the smooth running of the practice.
